We are in a great location as we are not far from the beautiful Hadrian walls, one of Britain's greatest Roman monuments which were created 2000 years ago. We are also near the famous Matfen Hall, a beautiful country house hotel overlooking the stunning landscapes of the countryside, which includes accommodation, a spa, a golf course and more – perfect for holiday-makers, or for a short break.

We have comfortable seating for up to 30 people (details on request), and our restaurant is non-smoking, and includes a traditional English cuisine using the freshest local produce whenever available. Our fully-qualified chefs create mouth-watering meals to suit everyone's appetite. Included in our menu are some vegetarian dishes, and can cater for anyone who has special dietary requirements. Also, our bar has a friendly atmosphere, where you can relax, chill out and socialize.

Whilst dining, you will be able to bask around our comfortable surroundings, perfect for a business lunch or a romantic dinner.
